AGI MILK, a Proprietary concern, established by Mrs. Agilandeswari Murugesan, who is a graduate in Microbiology. Based on her study, she established a Dairy Processing unit at Vallam Pudur Village near Thanjavur. Having very good experience in dairy industry and passion in the dairy field converted her as a successful entrepreneur. She is earning lot of knowledge regarding dairy machinery, milk procurement, milk marketing, milk product manufacturing and their market demand..
The procurement is restricted within 100 km radius to ensure the shelf-life of the product. Milk is procured from nearly 4000 farmers in about hundred villages. For this purpose, AGI MILK has facilitated the farmers to form co-operative societies with 25 to 50 members each and they are also guided to get sufficient funds from Banks as loans.
AGI Promises to supply quality and wholesome milk products to the customers. It is committed to set a new benchmark in the industry. The milk is tested for purity and quality while collected from the farmers and it is subjected to quality checks as and when it reaches the plant from the collection Centres. The quality of milk is tested after every process and the temperature is always maintained and every batch ensured by quality assurance department before dispatching the milk to the distribution centres. Thus we ensure the quality of our products.
AGI is selling Standardized Milk, Toned Milk, Double Toned Milk, Full Cream Milk, Milk Khoa, Ghee, Paneer and Curd. These products are available in Thanjavur, Thiruvarur, Nagapattinam, Pudukkottai, Tiruchirapalli, Sivagangai and Madurai districts now.
